Life gets busy and chaotic sometimes and you can feel stressed out and overwhelmed.   Yoga as well as meditation are two helpful tools in coping with that stress whether it is work or daily life.
Join me as we focus on breath awareness and being mindful in our yoga practice.  Along with a yoga flow classes, I offer deep stretching classes, and stretches you can do anywhere (even at your desk).  I also offer guidance in meditation and Yoga Nidra to help you experience that deeper relaxation and feel rejuvenated.  No matter what path you are on, you will be able to find balance.   

​I am a 500 RYT who is trained in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, and is also certified in Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation.
