Feeling stressed? Hi, I'm Trudy and I have over 35 years in the corporate world, so I know how stress can affect people differently. But I also know it doesn't have to be like that.
My focus is to show you how yoga and breath awareness teach us to be mindful in the present moment. This is beneficial in working through any stressful situation whether it is work or daily life. I will guide you in slow flow yoga, deep stretching, and stretches you can do anywhere (even at your desk). I also offer guidance in meditation and Yoga Nidra to help you experience that deeper relaxation and feel rejuvenated. No matter what path you are on, you will be able to find balance.
I am trained in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, and certified in Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation.
