About Trudy

Life gets busy and chaotic sometimes and you can feel stressed and overwhelmed.   Unfortunately, stress also affects the mind, body, and the spirit.


My focus is to bring awareness to your breath and what your body is telling you through each practice as helpful tools in working through that stress.

Yoga is for everyone and I offer a variety of yoga and deep stretching classes, along with stretches you can incorporate anywhere (even at your desk).  I also offer guidance in meditation and Yoga Nidra to help you experience that deeper relaxation so you feel rejuvenated. 


No matter what path you are on, yoga will help to find that balance.   ​I am a 500 RYT who is trained in Yoga Nidra, and is also certified in Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation.  I currently offer on-line and in-person classes.
