Trudy has over 35 years within the corporate world and is aware of the various types of stress that can occur in the work place.

She is a 200-Hr teacher who focuses on breath awareness and mindful movements; and shows how this helps to work through those moments with more clarity.

Trudy is trained in Hatha, Aerial yoga, and Divine Sleep© Yoga Nidra.  She is also certified Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation.
