The Mindful trifecta: Yoga, Yin, and Meditation
Why these are an important part of my mindful journey? Yoga The slow flow is easy to explain. I'm seriously uncoordinated and I move slow. Just kidding! Well I am uncoordinated, but that's not the reason. I love taking classes of all kinds from various teachers. It gives me an opportunity to experience something different and to learn from those teachers. It's All In The Logo!
Different looking logo right?! It does have a meaning...well at least to me. I wanted to share that with you today. I'm all about being mindful of the moments in our life. This includes the movements we take our eating habits, and even the stressful moments we all experience. I'm not a nutritionist nor will I give advice. I have my own struggles in that area, but as I move forward in my journey I am more mindful of what I eat. Don't tell, but I still crave those potato
